Parya the Generous[edit]

Parya the Generous is an intermediate deity in the Fortress Celestia setting, and patron of the Golden Vales. She is popular amung traditional player character races, such as halflings.

Dogma[edit]

Hard work brings success. Success should benefit all good creatures. Followers of Parya value education, skilled labor, and concrete results, and the culture and beliefs of others. They also value helping those in need and celebrating both times of plenty and the joy of life. Parya is not picky about the race of her followers, but they are expected to devote themselves to professions that help their communities and the celestial cause.

Clergy and Temples[edit]

Temples to Parya are found on all layers of Fortress Celestia, and parts of other planes where not under the control of the devils. They vary greatly from town to town.

Pantheon[edit]

Parya was created for the Fortress Celestia setting, as the "The Chick" of the pantheon, but DM's are welcome to "borrow" this deity or any elements of this description for their own purposes.

Roleplaying Notes[edit]

Parya appears in many forms, said to include a talking draft horse of gigantic proportions, a trumpet archon with gold wings, an old woman in a tattered noblewoman's dress, and a middle aged woman of incredible strength. She is a cheerful, tough - minded being who laughs at challenges, weeps openly at the loss of strangers, and loves parties. She gets along well with Sidriel and Anahel.
