Wondrous item, rare (minor tier) The Personnel Mounted Projectile Unit, PMPU for short, is a small, vertical ballista(about 5 feet tall), attached to a harness that weighs about 40 lbs. The ballista is controlled by handheld mechanisms, which allow it to magically generate force bolts and fire them. It takes 1 minute to don or doff the harness. Fire Force Bolt. While you are wearing the harness, and holding the handheld controllers, you can use an action to fire a force bolt. After firing the bolt, you must use an action to generate a new bolt. The PMPU has 12 charges, and reloading uses one charge. The PMPU regains 2d6 charges at dawn every day.
