A dark colored poncho made of cloth, it's lined with thick furred hide. It sports leather detailing along it's trims and has a tall, wide collar attached to it by a pair of leather straps. It seems like it could keep you comfortable in cold weather and protect you from harsh rain or winds.
Weathering the Storm. Creatures wearing this armor automatically succeed Constitution saving throws that would give them exhaustion when to the effects of cold weather and Extreme Cold. Additionally, the creature doesn't suffer the negative effects from windy or rainy weathers such as Strong Winds or Heavy Precipitation (Dungeon Master's Guide Pg. 110).
