Olivia Constantine, the Bloody Crucible[edit]
Medium humanoid (human), chaotic neutral Armor Class 33 (ashen armor + mantle of the minotaur kings + shield of the dragon hunter)
Saving Throws Str +32, Dex +32, Con +19, Wis +17 Battle Rage. Whenever Olivia has less than 35% of her total hit points remaining (rounded up), her speed and damage are both doubled, and critical hits she lands with melee attacks deal triple damage instead of double. While this ability is in effect, damage from Olivia's melee weapon attacks ignore resistances and immunities to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage, and any bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage that Olivia deals cannot be reduced or ignored in any way. Blessings of the Bloodied Crucible. Olivia is permanently under the effects of the foresight and mind blank spells. These effects are not considered magical and cannot be dispelled. Body Development. Olivia gains extra hit points equal to to her Strength modifier times her number of Hit Dice (included in the hit points). Endless Time. Olivia can innately cast the time stop spell an unlimited number of times, requiring no verbal components. When Olivia casts the spell in this way, time remains paused for the full five rounds, and the spell does not end early if Olivia's actions during paused time affect another creature or an item worn by another creature. The spell additionally does not end early if Olivia moves more than 1000 ft away from the location where the spell was cast. Giant's Might. Olivia is able to ignore the two-handed and heavy properties of a weapon, effectively allowing her to use it with only one hand. If the weapon has the versatile property, then it is always treated as though she is using it with both hands, regardless of whether or not she actually is wielding it with both hands. Heavyhand. Whenever Olivia would add her Strength modifier to a damage roll, she instead adds her Strength score (included in attacks). Immutable Form. Olivia's ability scores and maximum hit points can't be reduced. She is immune to disease and magic can't put her to sleep. She can't be possessed, surprised, or affected by spells and other magical effects that would destroy or alter her form against her will, banish her, or instantly cause her to die or drop to 0 hit points. Iron Fortitude. If damage reduces Olivia to 0 hit points, she must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken. On a success, she drops to 1 hit point instead. Legendary Potency. When a creature uses legendary resistance to save against an effect caused by Olivia, she can force that creature to make the saving throw as normal. She can also counterattack a legendary creature that uses a legendary action to attack her. Legendary Resistance (5/Day). If Olivia fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead. Magic Resistance. Olivia has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. Additionally, she is immune to all damage and effects from spells of 6th level or lower, unless she allows herself to be effected. Malaclysm. Olivia cannot be cursed, and can voluntarily end attunement with cursed items. In addition, when she is attuned to an item that is cursed or has detrimental properties she can choose one creature within 120 feet of her who suffers the effects of the curse or detrimental property instead. Regeneration. Olivia regains 100 hit points at the start of her turn if she has at least 1 hit point. If Olivia takes over 300 damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of her next turn. Spider Climb. Olivia can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check. Action Surge. On Olivia's turn, she can take one additional action. She can use this feature twice, and regains all uses after a short or long rest. Combat Superiority. Olivia has 10 superiority dice, which are d12s. A superiority die is expended when she uses it. She regains all of her expended superiority dice when she finishes a short or long rest. Whenever Olivia rolls for initiative, she regains 1 superiority die if she has more than 0 but less than 10 superiority die remaining, and regains 2 superiority die if she rolls for initiative with 0 superiority die. Olivia has access to the following maneuvers (Save DC 27): Know Your Enemy. If Olivia spends at least 1 minute observing or interacting with another creature outside combat, she can learn certain information about its capabilities compared to her own. Olivia learns if the creature is her equal, superior, or inferior in regard to two of the following characteristics of her choice: - Strength score Perfect Form. Whenever Olivia makes an attack roll, saving throw, or skill check that is lower than her Strength , Dexterity or Constitution score, she may replace the roll with her Strength , Dexterity or Constitution score. Second Wind. On Olivia's turn, she can use a bonus action to regain hit points equal to 1d100 + 30. She can use this feature once per short or long rest. Strike First. Olivia has a +9 bonus to initiative. Indomitable. Olivia can reroll a saving throw that she fails. If she does so, she must use the new roll. She can use this feature six times, and regains all uses after a long rest. Uncanny Arms Mastery. Olivia's weapon attacks deal double damage dice on a hit (factored in). Arsenal. Olivia is attuned to the full set of ashen armor, the axe of the minotaur kings, the mantle of the minotaur kings, and the shield of the dragon hunter. ActionsMultiattack. Olivia makes six attacks with the Axe of the Minotaur Kings. Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 37 (1d12 + 30) bludgeoning damage. A creature hit by this attack must succeed on a DC 27 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. A creature that rolls a 1 on the saving throw is additionally stunned until the end of Olivia's next turn. Axe of the Minotaur Kings. Melee Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 61 (4d12 + 33) slashing damage + 18 (3d10) lightning damage. The Axe of the Minotaur Kings lands a critical hit on an attack roll of 19 - 20, and deals 42 (6d12) slashing damage on a critical hit. When targeting a creature with less than half their total hit points (rounded down), the range of critical rolls is increased to 18 - 20, and the damage from critical hit is increased to 84 (12d12) slashing damage. Charge (Recharge 4-6). Melee Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, reach 240 ft., all targets within range. Hit: 61 (4d12 + 33) slashing damage + 18 (3d10) lightning damage. Olivia charges forwards in a straight line for up to 240 ft, dealing damage to all creatures within range. Any creature hit succesfully by this attack must make a DC 27 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Sap. Melee Weapon Attack: +41 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (1d8 + 30) bludgeoning damage. A creature hit by this attack takes an additional 14 (2d12) damage at the start of each of their turns, and must spend an action to stop the bleeding. If Olivia's sap attack is a critical hit, the bleeding instead deals 28 (4d12) damage at the start of each of the creature's turns, and can only be stopped through the Greater Restoration spell of greater magic. Toss. Melee Weapon Attack: +41 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 37 (1d12 + 30) bludgeoning damage. A creature hit by this attack must make a DC 27 strength saving throw or be thrown back 30 ft and knocked prone. A creature that succeeds on the saving throw is knocked back 15 ft and isn't knocked prone. Sweeping Attack. Olivia makes up to two melee attacks and applies the results to all creatures she chooses within her reach. If one of those attacks is a critical hit; she chooses one creature she hit. Her attack against that creature is a critical hit. For all other creatures she hits, her attack is only a normal hit. Legendary ActionsOlivia Constantine can take 5 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Olivia Constantine regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. ReactionsArmor Shift. When a creature hits Olivia with a ranged attack, she gains a +4 bonus to her AC until the start of her next turn.
