At the chest of atlas is a vessel in which a being of immense power can be stored. at the feet of atlas rests a panel inlaid with complex controls and touch screens. There is a plaque emblazoned at the base above the control panel which say "officina, ubi daemones et angeli sunt natus, nitimur, ut lucerna in tenebris re, nos sunt, qui tenent mundi simul tenebris pulsat ad nostrum fortis firmamentum, dabimus vitam, libertatem, anima, mens, et corpus. Tueri quod nos tenere charissime." Translation "The workshop where demons and angels are born, we strive to be the candle in the darkness of reality, we are the ones who will hold the world together as the dark beats at our mighty bulwark, we will give life, liberty, soul, mind, and body. To protect what we hold dearest."
Soul Forge. You can create daemons, fiends, devils, celestials, and aberrations with the use of souls by spending souls equal to the cr of the being you wish to create
Cage of Immortals. This item can hold a being of immense power as a power source. if they wish to escape, they must make a dc 50 intelligence check to break through the mechanisms same for those breaking into the creature's cage
Tethering pain Creatures created by the Officina and those bound by the Officina can ensnare souls to fuel it as an action a creature can abduct the soul of a dying or dead creature into the Officina.
The Officina's Call those exposed to the Officina are almost enthralled to serve the Officina's goal, accumulation of more souls to create monstrous creations and obey the creator of the Officina, creatures within 300ft of the Officina must make dc 25 wisdom save on or become charmed on success they are immune to this effect for 24 hours
Life For Life The 9 fetuses required to filter the souls must be recycled with a batch of new fetuses after a year
Cursed Bonding Whomever constructs the Officina is bound to it they are master of the Officina and can command the creatures created by the Officina, the creator of the Officina will have their soul trapped within the Officina upon death and suffer the same fate as free bound
Brightest Day Blackest Night The creator of the Officina and others bound by it suffer from terrifying nightmares as you witness the destruction and rebuilding of souls you. Suffer long term madness after binding
Free bound People may bind themselves to the Officina as an action this causes them to gain the benefits of being reborn after death by resurrection through the Officina, each time they are resurrected that way they gain a short-term madness
Soul economics Creatures whose soul has been taken into the Officina are assigned a value equal to their CR/lvl this value is then used to balance the economics of those resurrected, as the cost for resurrecting is paid in souls equal to the level of the resurrectee, this formula is also applied to soul forge (example, you abduct the soul of a lvl 20 monk then you gain 20 souls this applies to creatures with CR minimum souls gained through this way is 1. cause how do you get 1/8 a soul?)
Destroying the Officina Angelica et Daemones. The creator must shatter their body, soul, and mind into cosmic nothingness then the statue will break away and crumble at the seems
