Numerology Stone; Multiply, Divide or Multiples of 3 (5e Equipment)

The children always ask how they're going to use math in the real world. Well, a group of wizards and mathematicians came together and made the series of Numerology Stones. This strange item carries the power to multiply or divide the damage or healing a creature receives by 3.
In order to attune to this item, a creature must attempting a DC 15 saving throw of any ability score of their choice after the traditional attunement process, failing to attune to it on a failure.
When a creature deals damage or restores another creature's hit points while attuned to this stone, they may multiply the damage or healing of the effect by 3 as a bonus action, or divide the damage or healing another creature they can see receives by 3 as a reaction.
This can be used five times, after it is used the fifth time it is destroyed.
