Noctocyanin (Metal Gear Supplement)

Developed by Diamond Dogs, noctocyanin is a combat drug that greatly enhances the user's awareness. As a bonus action, a creature may ingest a noctocyanin capsule, causing them to have advantage on Perception and Investigation checks and have a blindsight range of 30 feet until the end of their next turn, and they lose the charmed condition.
When a creature consumes a noctocyanin capsule, they must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is now addicted to the item. A creature is confused while addicted to noctocyanin and not under its effects. A creature suffering noctocyanin addiction may attempt a DC 20 Constitution saving throw at the end of each day they do not take noctocyanin. On a success, they lose their addiction.
