Nimble Brawn (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
You are both strong and dexterous, so can be precise with weightier weapons. You gain the following benefits.
- When you wield a melee weapon with only one hand, the weapon is considered to have the finesse property for you.
- You can use your Dexterity modifier in place of your Strength modifier making an Athletics skill check to climb and to start or maintain a grapple.
- Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a finesse weapon, you can choose to add both your Strength and Dexterity modifiers to the damage roll.
