There is a reason as to why many weapons are deliberately kept from having the Finesse property. I get the 1H limit was to force it into d8 damage territory for most weapons and that was not a bad design. But the Lance can still be wielded in 1H while mounted, funny to think of sneak attacking with a lance, but to me that's just a bit too much. When running a standard game with point buy, the 3rd bullet isn't too far out of range of balance. But in normal home games that roll, this can get very out of hand very fast in terms of raw damage.
