Net Arrow (5e Equipment)

Weapon (arrow), uncommon An arrow with a net attached, used to catch small game When this arrow hits a creature that is a Medium or smaller creature, it is knocked prone and restrained. The creature must a succeed in a DC 17 STR check at the end of it's turn to escape the net.
