A strange, quite possibly, alien race that tend to live in very secluded, small areas such as valleys and islands. They are rarely seen outside of these places, but attempt to blend in when they do so, though in obvious ways. Quite innocent and welcome to outsiders, they won't hesitate to offer goods and services to just about anyone that passes through.

Physical Description

A literal head tall, with little stubs as feet. They tend to be of peach colour with a big, round nose and exactly four whiskers, two on each side, like those of a cat. They have pupil, dot eyes accompanied with little, bushy eyebrows, as well as a single strand of hair on the top of their head/body with a red bow fixated upon it. Though they lack hands, they have apparently mastered psychic abilities to the point that they have manifested a set of invisible hands that are just as capable as normal hands.

History

Mr. Saturns are of quite the mysterious origin, most believe their from another planet, others believe they are simply a species that have been around much longer than most others and have simply developed much more advanced technology, due to remaining in seclusion. A good majority of races have never heard of them, let alone, lay their eyes upon one. This has lead most to dismiss them as merely myth or legend, to the dismay of those who have seen them, they are merely viewed as disillusioned.

Society

Despite their appearance, Mr. Saturns are quite technologically advance, living in bizarre, cone shaped houses that reminds one of a flying saucer. Their various devices such as their phones levitate off the ground via a strange device that emits rings of energy beneath them. Oddly enough, their main method of getting around their village and homes tend to be ladders, due to either their homes having multiple stories and/or living in a place of many cliff height variations.

Mr. Saturn Names

Though it is the name of their race, it appears to extend to their names, as well. Meaning there is very little variation in names, unless one had an occupation that would otherwise alter it, such as Dr. Saturn or Prof. Saturn, for example. All Mr. Saturns are genderless, but there have been rare cases of Mr. Saturns claiming to be female.

Mr. Saturn Traits

Odd, beach ball sized creatures that tend to end their sentences with onomatopoeia, such as ding, boing, and zoom
Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence score increases by 2 and your Charisma score increases by 1.
Age. It is truly unknown how old a Mr. Saturn is and how long they can live, for now, we'll presume they can live up to at least 100 years.
Alignment. They tend towards the lawful side of things, helping people conveniently. Those of a more flamboyant nature can be seen as chaotic, since they aren't quite as helpful.
Size. Mr. Saturn’s tend to all look the same, you are roughly 1 foot and a half tall and weigh around 15 Lbs. Your size is Small.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet.
Psionic Strength. Mr. Saturns are naturally strong when it comes to psionics. You know the mage hand and word of radiance spells. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast the shield spell once, and regain the use after a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting modifier for these spells, and when you cast mage hand, the hand ia invisible.
Intellectual Skills. You’re a lot smarter than you look, you gain proficiency in either Arcana or History.
Languages. You can speak read, and write in Saturnian (a messy and grammatically simplistic version of Common). As well as one other language of your choice.
