The spell, word of radiance, is copyright Wizards of the Coast. It can be found on page 171 of Xanathar's Guide to Everything. This spell was previously known as hand of radiance when first introduced on page 3 of Unearthed Arcana: Starter Spells, where it had a similar but slightly different effect.
