Moments of Heroism

Prerequisites: An ability score at or above 13
You can temporarily empower yourself beyond what you should be able to do.

Upon taking this feat, choose an ability score that is at least 13. You can use your action to increase that ability score and its maximum by 1d4 for one minute. Once you do so, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.

You can take this feat multiple times, choosing a different ability score each time
