Mireblack[edit]

Never fear, the leeches will save you.
—Ashwan Oeiriel, rainid Mireblack

Mireblacks are swamp-based druids with an affinity for leechmastery and water elementrics.

Class Features[edit]

Like all members of the Church of Modroben, Mireblacks are expected to be neutral in most affairs (excepting only the defense of death, time and fate). Their class features should not be used except in the manner of church business and in direct self-defense. It is very rare for Mireblack powers to be used against anyone other than undead creatures or necromancers. All of the following are class features of the Mireblack:

Accelerate Rot: Mireblacks can activate Accelerate Rot once per day per level, and may run it for twenty rounds each time.

Burial at Sea: Mireblacks can activate Teleport Salt to Sea once per day per level.

At fifth level, Mireblacks can Accelerate Rot on any fleshed undead and turn them into a skeleton, like the power Skeletonize.

Leechmastery: At second level, Mireblacks receive Leech-Robes and begin the practice of Leechmastery. They may gain one new leech-pocket per level after the second but it must be of the White Leech family.

Elementrics: At fifth level, Mireblacks may spend six months in training and then begin taking one Kata per level in the Rellgah Water Tradition of Elementrics.

Dessicate: At sixth level, Mireblacks can use Dessicate for five rounds once per day.

At tenth level, Mireblacks can use this power three times per day.
