Metal Dragon Stake (5e Equipment)

Rod, rare (requires attunement by good-aligned spellcaster)

Using metals forged in their own breaths, some metallic dragons have worked with friendly mortal mages to create these gleaming rods inscribed with draconic glyphs so that they might handle minor threats to both those with and without wings.

This rod can be used as an arcane focus, has 10 charges, and regains 1d6 + 4 of its expended charges daily at dawn. You can use an action to expend 0 or more of the staff's charges to cast a spell from it, using your spell attack modifier or spell save DC. Spells cast using this rod do not require material components. What spells this rod can cast depends on its material.
