This spell allows the caster to contact another individual and deliver a message. The message is one way and cannot exceed 20 characters (+5 characters per caster level). Spaces are not considered characters. The message cannot contain any other spell or curse; it is a mundane missive.
The message can only be delivered to someone on the same plane. The individual must be known by the caster, though even casual familiarity is sufficient. When delivered, the message appears in a language the target can understand. It can either be read by the target, or it will read itself (in the caster's voice) for those who are illiterate.
