Physical Appearance[edit]

Mechanoid brawlers are massive 4-armed creatures with a metal exoskeleton. Their arms are strong and muscular, but dexterous as well. Their exoskeleton ranges in coloration from dark black to gray, except for their arms which are red. With the exoskeleton, they vaguely resemble insects. Most mechanoid brawlers have a tail for balance due to their body weight. Their stature is rather top heavy and has a jagged shape. Mechanoids are ultimately alien creatures which have organic systems despite their metallic exterior.

History[edit]

In a world of strife, there was an era where titans ruled the world. The land was ravaged by war and life was hard to sustain. The mechanoid brawlers are alien beings who were born in this environment, having evolved to try and adapt to their shifting surroundings. Because of this tumult that went on for thousands of years, the world began to die and mechanoid brawlers were nearly driven to extinction. Their fiercest scholars manufactured an arcane gate for a few to escape and save their race. So they chose the strongest clan and sent them through the gate, landing them in Abeir-Toril. While the new world was certainly more peaceful, the shadow of war forever loomed. Trying to adapt to a more lax pace of life, the mechanoid brawlers migrated about the unpopulated wastes in search of a suitable place where they might restart their civilization.

Society[edit]

Mechanoid brawlers retain their war-like visage of life from their old, unnamed world of eld. They are nomadic and are thus far only known to have a single clan, as their numbers have not recovered beyond that. They do not seek relations with others, being suspicious of the many life forms in this new world. Their clan usually frequents places of no traffic or populations, like wastelands of deserts. Their most common interactions are with similarly savage and warrior-like tribes of creatures like tlincalli. Sometimes when they feel a need to push some out of the nest or individuals desire to venture out, they must pass a rite where they prove themselves fit to survive by battling another member of the tribe, usually one within the chief's personal circle. While they seem brutish, the mechanoid brawlers also have a value for leaders with wisdom, meaning the chief has to be able to plan a war as well as fight in one.

Mechanoid Brawler Names[edit]

Mechanoid brawlers have an alien naming system where the names are usually rather harsh sounding or meaning. Some just take a literal translation of their alien as their preferred address instead.

Male: Exevious, Mantraul, Zandar, Zangruel, Doomsday, Chernobog

Female: Ravana, Pandora, Baileth, Hyraura, Misery, Dandalar
