Mantle of Tentacles (5e Equipment)

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) As a bonus action while you are wearing the mantle, you can speak its command word to cause tentacles to extend from it, which remain for 1 minute or until you die or use a bonus action to speak the mantle's command word again. While the mantle has its tentacles extended, you have a swimming speed of 30 feet, and you can use an action to cause them to strike at a target you can see within 15 feet of you. Make a melee attack roll with a +9 bonus. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 bludgeoning damage and is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and you can't use the tentacles on another target. The tentacles are too clumsy to perform complicated tasks such as using thieves' tools, but they can be used to lift, drag, and carry objects as though they were a Large creature that had a Strength score of 22 (+6).
