Weapon (Longbow), Rare (Requires Attunement)

This weapon is a +1 longbow with 6 charges that recharge every dawn and deals an additional 2d8 piercing damage on successful attack rolls. This longbow is made from the feathers of multiple flying creatures with feathers but most notably, a pegasus, the string from the bow gleems in the bright sun and is said to be made from the celestial planes by a few gods and goddesses of the hunt that was given only to their most loyal followers to get the most exotic flying creatures.

Wing Cutter As part of an attack action, you may expend 3 charges to empower your bow for the attack action, cackling with radiant energy as the arrow of the bow oddly sharpens and shines. Gaining a +2 to attack rolls and damage, if successfully attacking the creature, it takes an additional 2d8 piercing damage against it. If the targeted creature has flying speed, the arrow magically redirects to its wings, if the attack hits, the creature loses all of its flying speed for one minute and the flying creature must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or it becomes ensnared by invisible magic from the arrow for the duration, the creature can reroll the save at the end of each of its turns. Additionally, the bow user knows where the flying creature is located upon a successful hit.
