Weapon (Firearm), Rare (Requires Attunement) Powerful twin revolvers crafted as prototypes by Jawn Black for use by the Justicars of Delzimmer. One gun to restrain and one gun to punish. Order. Once per short rest you can attempt to Incapacitate a creature with Order. On a failed save the creature is Incapacitated for a number of rounds equal to your Wisdom modifier, the affected creature can attempt a saving roll at the end of each of their turns. Law. Law has a number of charges equal to your Wisdom modifier. (Minimum of 1) as an Action you can expend one of these charges to make a Spell Attack roll against a creature, on a hit the target take 4d10 Lightning damage. |
