Weapon (Any weapon), Rare (Requires Attunement) This +2 weapon is decorated in a circus, clown type design and has the face of a man laughing on it. Laughing Stock As an action, you may target one creature in a 60 ft range, creatures around the targeted creature in a 30 ft range besides allies must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or the target around them is effected by the effects of hideous laughter for one minute. If atleast one creature fails the save, the original target must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw or the creature becomes paralyzed for one minute in humiliation as the laughter of the affected creatures overwhelms the target, making their mind break. You can use this once per day. |
