Stub Logo.png This page is incomplete and/or lacking flavor. Reason: Oddly described mechanics. It's a rifle but doesn't work like one, it has a recharge with fiddly duration, etc.

Weapon (Hunting Rifle), rare (requires attunement by someone with a chaotic alignment)

A large prototype weapon used to destroy whoever stands in your path. This is a rifle with one method of attack, a beam that fires out in a 3 by 3 foot square. This weapon has the ranged property (80/200), disadvantage on attacks to anything within 20 feet of you, and is a Two-Handed weapon.

Last Resort: Each creature caught in the beam must make a Dexterity saving throw(DC 20). The target(s) and the wielder take 15d12 Radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Unstable prototype: This weapon is incomplete and after firing, it takes 1 month to recharge. Note: This weapon recharges via ambient magical energy, so it could take less or more time to recharge. In especially low magic campaigns this weapon will be unable to hold itself together after firing, and will be obliterated after being fired.
