Lance of Longinus (5e Equipment)
Weapon (spear), legendary (requires attunement: To attune wielder must make a DC 20 Intelligence saving throw) The Lance of Longinus is a giant spear made by the gods to stop an evil from beyond the plain. The Lance of Longinus gives the wielder and it's party a resistance to psychic damage. Divine Wind. Once per long rest the Lance of Longinus can use one of three abilities, the first one can give the user a +7 bonus on any and all rolls until the end of your next turn, the second can fire a shot of energy at a target at a maximin of 100 feet away cause their minds to over load and deal 3d10 psychic unless the creature you are fighting can deal a higher psychic damage then instead you roll the psychic damage of the target and the third one can fire a shot that instantly kills target but wielder takes 5d12 of force damage and knocks them prone. God's Needle. One action to prep into a throwing attack, the next action you throw the Lance of Longinus and deal 5d20 + 15 Lighting damage and force the target to make a DC 20 Constitution saving throw, on a failed save target becomes stunned for two turns. Damage 5d12 + 4 Slashing/ 6d10+4 Piercing (150ft of distance when thrown) |
