Kinto-Un (5e Equipment)

Wondrous Item, Rare (requires attunement) Kinto-Un is a giant mystical cloud. It has a flying speed of 100 feet and you can call Kinto-Un anywhere at your beck and call Atmokinesis: Three times per day you have the ability to change the weather to any type of your choosing. You regain this ability after a long rest. You can use Kinto-Un to cast lightning that will continue as long as you use your spell slots. The lightning does 5d8 of damage. The Kinto-Un can make a fog which makes the enemies have reduced vision and that does not affect you or your allies. The Kinto-Un can make winds strong enough to be able to knock down large or gigantic enemies and smaller sizes to prone. |
