King Cold (4e Deity)
From D&D Wiki
True Neutral
Domains: Winter
King Cold is one of the gods allied with the Four Meditations. He is said to be an adviser sort of figure to Vatar. His symbol is a blue moon, said to be one of the coldest of nights in the Himmländs. A frosty individual, he does not move unless absolutely necessary, or otherwise ordered by his superior. But he only respects Vatar for the most part, and not the others of the council. His powers encompass the cold to a degree that freezes living things into statues. His small group of followers, known as the Order of Frozen Knights, abide by his list of tenets:
- The sword favors the coldest heart. Violence is best in the hands of the calculating rather than the hot-headed.
- Sins are frozen onto the soul. One cannot run away from the wrongs they have wrought.
- The winter is the everlasting. So long as death is present, the cold will accompany it. They are immortal.
