Devil Power Usage. The Justice Devil has 15 Usages.

Second Intentions. The Justice Devil has advantage in Persuasion checks to have creatures perform a contract with the Justice Devil, the creatures have disadvantage in Insight checks to see the Justice Devils true intentions unless they’ve already made a contract with the Justice Devil

Dread Tiers. The Justice Devil has 450 Dread Tiers.

Object Creation. As a free action the Justice Devil can into a mundane object such as a key made out of flesh or a fleshy lightbulb, this can be used for certain situations but it must be noted that this cannot mimic the abilities of some objects such as producing light from a flashlight. This feature lasts for 1 minute and can be ended early (no action required). This cannot be used in tandem with Unstoppable Justice or Additional Limbs

Claws Of Justice. Creatures that are under the human or hybrid race have disadvantage against being frightened by the Justice Devil.

An Eye For An Eye. The Justice Devil can spend 1 usage to grant itself advantage on a creature that has attacked it within the same round.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The Justice Devil can make two Rabid Strike attacks or 2 gavel attacks.

Rabid Strikes. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+6) bludgeoning damage.

Gavel.(1 use) Melee Power Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5ft., one target Hit: 12 (4d8) bludgeoning damage.

Tendrils.(1-4 uses) The Justice Devil can make an amount of Tendrils equal to the amount of uses spent, these Tendrils have 24 hitpoints each and have an AC of 15, these Tendrils are controlled as a bonus action. The Strength and Dexterity score of these Tendrils is 16, the Justice Devil can up to 4 Tendrils, whenever these Tendrils land an attack they deal 4d6 piercing damage.

Gavel Smash.(2 uses) as an action for 2 uses the Justice Devil can smash its hammer down and force creatures within 15ft of it to make a Dexterity saving throw, on a failure they’reprone and take 3d10 bludgeoning damage, on a success they’re not prone and take half the damage.

Unparalleled Strength. The Justice Devil counts as one size larger for grappling

Monstrous Physique. The Justice Devil’s jump height and jump distance are doubled, it also can grant itself advantage on a Strength saving throw or check once per short rest.

BONUS ACTIONS

Rabid Strikes. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+6) bludgeoning damage.

Regeneration. The Justice Devil may spend a number of blood points up to its Charisma modifier+Its Proficiency Bonus every blood spent It will regain a d8 worth of hit points or regenerate a missing limb

Unstoppable Justice.(1-4 uses) The Justice Devil can spend up to 4 uses gaining an additional 5ft of reach per use(total 20ft). It can dismiss this after 1 minute or as no action required. This cannot be used in tandem with Object Creation or Additional Limbs

Additional Limbs. The Justice Devil may create a numerous amount of limbs for grappling opponents, it gains advantage to grapple and shove checks. This cannot be used in tandem with Object Creation or Unstoppable Justice

Bodyshift. The Justice Devil may as a bonus action or reaction while having a tentacle present may spend 3 uses to swap places with the tentacle, for the sake of that attack or saving throw, the tentacle becomes the target.

Shapeshfiting. As a bonus action the Justice Devil can increase its size up to huge or decrease its size down to small.

REACTIONS

Regeneration. The Justice Devil may spend a number of blood points up to its Charisma modifier+Its Proficiency Bonus every blood point spent It will regain a d12’s worth of hit points or regenerate a missing limb, the amount of hit points the Justice Devil gains is half of the blood point cost from its pool.

Bodyshift. The Justice Devil may as a bonus action or reaction while having a tentacle present may spend 3 uses to swap places with the tentacle, for the sake of that attack or saving throw, the tentacle becomes the target.
