Judgment (5e Spell)

You cause a ray of magical light to strike a creature within range, leaving it extremely vulnerable to magic. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 4d10 + 10 radiant damage and has disadvantage on saving throws made against spells and other magical effects for 1 minute. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and doesn't suffer the additional effect.
