Jeryal's Focus (5e Equipment)
Weapon (Longsword), Legendary (requires attunement by a fighter, paladin or artificer of any non-evil alignment) This longsword glows with a golden hue. Once belonging to the Lesser god of War, Jeryal, you feel his power flow through you. Along with gaining +3 to attack and damage rolls, you also gain certain bonuses when you are mounted. When you are mounted: - You deal 1d10 damage regardless of whether you are wielding this sword with 2 hands. - You gain +2 to attack rolls with this weapon, and your mount gains +2 to all attack rolls it makes. - Your mount gains temporary HP equal to your fighter, paladin and artificer level at the start of initiative, which are lost at the end of the fight. Additionally, this weapon has 5 charges. It regains 1d4+1 charges at dawn. You can expend 1 or more charges to cast the following spells, and you can have your mount gain the benefits of these spells as well if you expend 1 extra charge: - Longstrider, 1 charge (self) - Beast Bond, 1 charge - Vortex Warp, 2 charges (self) - Ashardalon's Stride, 3 charges (self) |
