Iranstraad's Call (5e Equipment)
Weapon (warhammer), legendary (major) (requires attunement) Once a standard dwarven thrower, this weapon was found reforged by an incident involving a core of pure electricity, some clamps, some chains and rope, a few pieces of tape, and a combination of ingenuity and desperation. After a solid strike of the hammer and a bit of luck, the lightning core emitted a lightning blast like never before and was forcibly fused to the dwarven thrower to create what would be known as Iranstraad's Call. You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Thrown. This weapon has the thrown property with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. If thrown at an enemy, on hit the weapon deals an extra 1d8 damage, and immediately after making this attack, the weapon flies back to your hand. Versatile The weapon can be used in two hands. If so, the damage dice goes up from using d8s to d10s. Giant's Bane If thrown at a creature of Large size or larger, this weapon deals an extra 1d8 damage. This weapon has 4 charges. You can expend 1 charge to cast the lightning bolt (Save DC 18) spell at 4th level, or 2 charges to cast the same spell at 9th level. This weapon regains 1d4-1 expended charges daily at dawn. |
