Wondrous Item, very rare

To a simple man, this is a simple wick in a simple lantern. To an observant man, this is a lantern that never burns oil and thus never extinguishes on its own. To a madman, this is immortality.

Whenever a creature lights the lantern, the creature and all who witness the wick ignite become bound to the flame for as long as it burns. Thereafter any witness can use their action to utter the Command Word. In doing so, that witness and all other witnesses within 60 feet instantly teleport back to the lantern's vicinity. If any of the teleported witnesses have died within the past hour, they returned to life with 1 hit point as if by the raise dead spell. If a teleported witness has 0 hit points, but hasn't died, that witness regains 1 hit point.

If the lantern's light has been extinguished, uttering the Command Word does nothing. The lantern's power only functions for those who last witnessed it catch flame.
