Components: V, M (a ring inset with aquamarine or sapphire, worth at least 25 gp)
Duration: Instantaneous


You exhale a blast of freezing mist at a creature in range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d6 cold damage and becomes restrained in ice. At the start of each of its turns, a creature restrained by this spell takes 2d6 cold damage and makes a Strength saving throw, freeing itself from the ice on a success.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for every two slot levels above 2nd.
