Charge. If the awakened moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature before hitting it with a slam attack, the target takes an extra 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

ACTIONS

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (3d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage.

Hurl Rock (3/Short or Long Rest). Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 45/90 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) bludgeoning damage and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

A plant-based creature about 20 feet in height, its shape is only roughly that of a humanoid. Loose approximations of arms and legs made of branches, and roots, the awakened does not have a head or eyes to see with. Large branches smash into anything that dares to stand in the way of this massive creature, and it's even capable of carrying around rocks to throw at anything it deems a threat. Though it lacks any ability to see its surroundings, it can vaguely detect distant objects and can hear the sounds of other creatures just fine, despite its lack of auditory sensors. It does not think for itself, and is a product of an awakener using their Animative Botany feature on several dozen large bushes, a tree of average size, or similar flora.
