Hooded Tunic of Flight (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement) A baggy hooded tunic, or hoodie for short, that gives you a permanent set of avian wings when worn and attuned to. It appears to be a slightly oversized tunic with a hood. It has a sewn outline of wings on the back and the thread of the wings seems to glimmer even in low-light. You could quite easily wear this over light armor without an issue. Wings When you don this hoodie, a pair of fully function avian wings unfold from the sewn outline and fix on your back until you attempt to take the hoodie off. You can feel and use the wings as if they were a part of your body and they grant you a flying speed of 60 feet. If you fall below half of your maximum health, your flying speed is halved. If you are below a quarter of your maximum health, you are considered too tired to fly and are only capable of gliding. Note that temporary hit points are not taken into account for this. |
