Hidden Terror, Mace (Jujutsu Kaisen Supplement)
Hidden Terror, Mace[edit]
Small undead, lawful evil Armor Class 15
Saving Throws Dex +5, Con +4, Cha +7 Hidden Visage Due to originally being a physical object, the curse remains visible to non-sorcerers. While the curse remains motionless and isn't flying, it is indistinguishable from a normal version of whatever it's currently disguised as. However, when viewed by Sorcerers, this object while motionless appears as a cursed tool (Check table below) and the sorcerer must make a DC 20 Arcana to tell that the cursed energy emanating from this curse isn't from it being a cursed tool. It may make its first attack against a creature with advantages if it was previously motionless.
Cursed Energy. This Curse has 24 Cursed energy. All of the cursed energy, when used, is unavailable until it takes a long rest. Cursed Energy Recovery. This Curse regains 1 Cursed Energy at the start of it's turn. Cursed Armor (1-4 Cursed Energy). On its turn or on another creatures turn this curse may spend up to 4 Cursed Energy gaining 5 temporary hitpoints for every 1 spent. Back Stab. When the curse makes an attack against a creature for every hidden terror curse within 5 feet of that same creature it adds 1d12 bludioning damage to the attack (Max 3d12) in addition if this curse scores a critical hit against a creature they must make a DC 18 Strength save or fall prone Hard to Kill (1/long rest). If Hidden Terror, Sword is reduced to 0 hit points, it can choose instead fall to one hit point, even if the conditions would normally kill it. This feature does not work if the damage that reduced Hidden Terror, Sword to 0 hit points was Radiant. Found Purpose. The curse still counts as an object for the sake of creatures using it. If the curse is used in a way matching the original form it once had before turning into a curse (determined by DM), it must make a DC 20 Charisma saving throw or revert back into a normal object. This turns the curse into a Cursed tool version of the original object it was with a grade matching what was rolled on the table from Hidden Visage. If the curse has no cursed energy left when this happens, it instead transforms into a non-cursed tool version of that same object. The curse only makes a saving throw for this effect once per round. ACTIONSMultiattack. The curse can make 4 Slam attacks. It may switch one of these attacks out with Overhead. Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d12 + 8) Slashing damage. Overhead (Recharge 6). Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, 5 ft., one target. Hit: 62 (6d12 + 8) Piercing damage. The curse may also spend 8 cursed energy as part of this attack to also force the target to make a DC 15 Constitution save or gain the stunned condition until the start of the creatures next turn. BONUS ACTIONSAdvanced Regeneration (1-7 Cursed Energy). This curse may spend up to 7 Cursed Energy to heal 15 hitpoints per cursed energy spent. Shape Change (5 Cursed Energy). When a creature discovers its true nature, the curse can use a bonus action change its shape into another sword and make a Stealth check to attempt to evade detection again. If this check is successful, it will appear as a normal version of the sword it changed into until inspected. If there is no visibly similar objects that the curse may change into, it may not take this action. Cursed Weapon Enhancement (1-3 Cursed Energy). As a bonus action this curse may spend cursed energy and add double the amount spent to it's melee weapon attacks. REACTIONSAdvanced Regeneration (1-7 Cursed Energy). This curse may spend up to 7 Cursed Energy to heal 15 hitpoints per cursed energy spent. |
