Help talk:Balance

This is a lovely page, I'm sure; Full of informative and likely eye-opening material. However, it reads more like an essay to be honest, and is unlikely to be of great meaning or prompt help to new users. I think this page should be around, but I don't think this should be a help article; Though I don't know what a good alternative would be. --SgtLion (talk) 08:45, 27 June 2018 (MDT)

Having just said that, I now realise it's not even listed on the portal. I don't even know what to do with this, but I guess it's also fine as is. --SgtLion (talk) 08:48, 27 June 2018 (MDT)
Why should it not be listed on the portal? I find it informative to help users understand D&D homebrew better. I actually want to include this page on the Help portal. --Green Dragon (talk) 10:40, 27 June 2018 (MDT)
As this is more of a guideline than a policy, perhaps it might be better to add this to Category:Guideline so that it shows up on the list of DnD Guidelines? — Geodude Chatmod.png (talk | contribs | email)‎‎ . . 18:33, 27 June 2018 (MDT)
I guess all I was trying and failing to say is that it's longer than casual users are likely going to read, but I don't suppose that's a necessity to be on the help portal. I would support labelling it as a guideline instead, but I'm happy any which way. --SgtLion (talk) 16:25, 1 July 2018 (MDT)
