In actuality, it is a ceremonial burial ornament; forged from pure, solid gold, as shiny as it was the day it left the smithy. The inside is worn round and smooth, as if it has been sat upon someone's head for a very long time. Fortune of the Patient. While you wear the helmet of wealth, 1 gp magically appears somewhere on your person daily at dawn, as long as you have worn the helmet continuously since the previous dawn and are not currently dead.
