Wondrous item, Artifact (major) (requires attunement) This helm was made by an immortal artificer. Once a well-known artifact, now merely a curator's item collecting dust on a museum shelf. While attuned to the Helm of All-Knowing, you are granted the title of All-Knowing by the grace of the universe itself, and any divination magic made to discern your identity reveals this fact as long as you remain attuned. In addition, you gain the following benefits: Omniscience. The Helm of All-Knowing has 6 charges, all of which regenerate daily at dawn. You may expend charges to cast the following spells without material components: identify (0 charges) detect thoughts (1 charge) clairvoyance (1 charge) find traps (1 charge) fly eye (1 charge) ancestral recall (2 charges) arcane eye (2 charges) clairvoyance (1 charge) legend lore (2 charges) scrying (2 charges) find the path (3 charges) knowledge (5 charges) Acute Awareness. You have advantage on initiative checks. You can't be surprised, and attack rolls made against you can't have advantage. Undeceivable. You automatically succeed on all Insight checks made to discern if a creature is telling the truth. Steady Mind. You have advantage on saving throws made to resist effects from spells you cast.
