Wondrous item, Unique (requires attunement) A headband with a small archaic eye. This headband was given by the Mystra to one of her chosen ones for a great accomplishment. As long as you wear this armband, your Intelligence value increased by 10. This is the usual Headband of Intellect unless you are a chosen Mistra. True Magic. You can ignore all spell components and can cast all spells, except exclusive paladin, cleric, ranger and druid spells. You go into the spell point system, your spell points are doubled. |
