Hawk Blade (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Weapon (greatsword), legendary (requires attunement) a two-edged brass greatsword emblazoned with unknown symbols and rare gemstones in the shape of a hawk the blade of which is made from an ancient black metal that glows faintly green. You have a bonus of +2 on attacks and damage rolls using this sword. Enhanced Edge. When you score a critical hit with this weapon, you roll the damage dice, rather than the damage die, for the critical. Spectral Edge. The sword has 5 charges. As an Action you can spend 1 charge, and with a swift movement of your blade you create a spectral edge, targeting an area of 30-foot cone. Creatures in that area must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, or take 2d6 slashing damage per attack you are capable of making as part of the Attack action, or half as much on a success. The damage is magical. Anti-Magic Steel. The metal this blade is made from has anti-magical properties. You can spend 1 or more charges to cast counterspell. The spell is cast at 3rd level, but you can increase its level by spending more charges (up to a maximum of 3 charges to cast it as a 6th level spell). While wielding the sword, you also have Advantage on saving throws against spells, and spell attacks against you have disadvantage. |
