Havoc's Breath's attacks can't go through or over enemies, so if there is another target in the way - it will prevent character from hitting the enemy. Havoc Volley. With your action, you can use Havoc's Breath to spread flames in a 15ft cone. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or take the Havoc's Breath's normal damage.
