Wondrous item, very rare (major) This book contains instructions and guiding exercises for how one can learn to better challenge themselves to grow and unlock new capabilities, and its words are charged with magic. If you spend 48 hours over a period of 6 days or fewer studying the book's contents and practicing its guidelines, you may select and gain a feat that you meet the prerequisites for. If the chosen feat grants an increase to one of your ability scores, it may increase that ability score past 20. Once used, the handbook loses its magic, but regains it in a century. |
