Tirelessness, Rare - Can take actions without gaining exhaustion from them if they otherwise would for 2 minutes, but gain 3 levels of exhaustion after the 2 minutes are up. This does not affect items or potions that would give you exhaustion.
Berserk, Very Rare - All attack rolls have ADV and attacks critically hit on 18 or above however hit point maximum is quartered and AC falls to 12 for 2 minutes this can be extended by taking another Berserk potion but for each potion taken you gain another level of exhaustion on top of the ones gained after the time is up. At the end of the 2 minutes you fall prone and gain 4 levels of exhaustion.
Scanner - Gives ADV and Proficiency on Insight checks to see a monsters stats, weaknesses, alignment and resistance. Success directly depends on a monsters CR. To calculate the check needed it is the (Monsters CR halved then rounded down + 5), so a creature with a CR of 17 will have a save of 17/2 = 8.5 rounded down = 8 so 8+5 or 12 is the insight check needed to read the creatures stats.
