Grand Tower Shield[edit]
This massive shield is used frequently by those who value defense over everything else. Massive Shield. This shield requires two hands to hold. Trenched In. While holding this shield, if you did not move, attack, or cast a spell during your turn, at the end of your turn you may go into a defensive stance. You stay in this defensive stance until the start of your next turn, hiding yourself behind your shield. While in this stance, you are treated as having three-quarters cover. Bash. You can use this shield as a makeshift weapon, which you can use to bash your foes. If you hit a target with this shield, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength modifier.
