Weapon (dagger), rare (requires attunement) This dagger's blade gleams like a mirror. It has 5 charges, and it regains 1d4 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. As a bonus action, you can expend a charge and speak the dagger's command word to cause the dagger to be enveloped in bright light for 1 minute, until you drop or sheathe it, or you use a bonus action to speak the dagger's command word again. While the dagger is enveloped in light, it sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light in an additional 30 feet. If you hit a creature with this magic weapon while it is enveloped in light, that creature takes an additional 2d4 radiant damage and must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. |
