Weapon (battleaxe), artifact (requires attunement by a creature which worship Talos)

"Giagus" is a battleaxe made for destruction, able to conjure of destructive power of storm and quake. This axe was made for the champion of Talos.

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, which deal an additional 1d10 slashing damage plus 1d6 cold damage and 1d6 lightning damage. You can throw the axe (range 60/120 feet) to deal an additional 1d10 slashing damage plus 1d6 cold damage and 1d6 lightning damage, and call it back as a bonus action.

Storm's Center. By speaking the axe's command word as an action, you can call off on a magical storm centering you. All targets within a 30 ft. around you must make a DC(8 + your constitution modifier + your proficiency modifier) Strength saving throw, taking 2d8 cold and lightning damage and being pushed away from you by 10 ft. on a failed save, or taking half as much damage and remaining where they are on a successful save. Once this feature has been used two times, you must wait until the next dawn before using it again.

One with the Storm. While traveling through a storm, or even while in a storm, you gain advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) and Charisma (Intimidation) checks. Thunder cracks and lightning strikes boost the effectiveness of your speeches or your threats, but can just as easily provide a quiet moment for you at your command.
Destroying the Giagus. Grigus can be destroyed by placing the axe in an area with no destruction in a 100 mile radius for over a year. Also it could be destroyed by a deity more or powerful as Talos.
