Caliph Haroun al-Raqqas, Blood of the Grand Caliph; The Sorcerer Azuah al-Jawwaf rule Wasat
Government: Caliph Haroun al-Raqqas, youngest brother of Grand Caliph Nurah al-Din, was named Lord of Wasat on his 18th birthday and charged with guarding the Silk Road in his brother's name. Azuah al-Jawwaf came to the city at the Grand Caliph's request to guide Haroun, who is still quite young.

Military: 800 man Blood Guard to Haroun al-Raqqas, 2 units of Mamluk cavalry totalling 600 men, 800 Sheikhs. In time of true trouble, the city relies upon the nearby X Fortress for protection
