Geography[edit]

The world of Edovall is largely divided into four known geographical regions - three continents and one vast archipelago. The climate of these regions closely correlates with that of Earth; tropical regions close to the equator and frigid circles around the poles with gradual arid and temperate regions between. Most contemporary maps and cartographers place the continent of Naklivea around longitude 0 and define east and west accordingly.

The Landmasses[edit]

Naklivea[edit]

Stretching throughout the central northern hemisphere, the continent of Naklivea is defined by its rugged mountain ranges, sprawling forests, and breathtaking lakes. The continent's climate is generally humid, varying from a hotter south to a continental middle and boreal north.

Addorome[edit]

Addorome is a large continent just south of Naklivea, spanning a large northern desert and an expansive jungle throughout the rest of the continent. Geopolitically, Addorome also encompasses the many smaller isles to its east.

Ghur'Cha[edit]

The Ghur'Cha archipelago is a snaky chain of tropical islands and landmasses located at the far western end of Edovall. Though known to the people of Naklivea for a long time, contact between the continents has been mostly rejected by the oceanic warlords of Ghur'Cha.

Mircor[edit]

Located far to the southeast of Naklivea, scholars have theorized about the Eastern Continent's existence for ages, but it was only discovered a couple of centuries ago. Still relatively young, Mircor is the most politically unstable of the continents and includes many locations still left unexplored.
