The frostfrail bow is a very large and powerful bow built from the bones of creatures found throughout Blüdfrost. Its appearance is that of a long, thick spike protruding from both ends, which is used to brace against a solid object (either the ground or an overhanging protrusion or ceiling) to aid in pulling the bow's string. A character may use a frostfrail bow as a martial weapon, but doing so imparts a -4 penalty on attack rolls. Firing an arrow from the bow requires a full round action. A Frostfrail Bow is treated as a Longbow for the purpose of feats.
