Leeching
Melee Mage
  • Can place up to 4 levels worth of damage spells into the spear. You cannot place cantrips into the spear. You consume all the components required when you cast the spell and place it into the spear. You can then use a bonus action to add the damage from the spell to your attack. If there is a saving throw associated with the spell, the hit creature must make the appropriate saving throw. Example: if you put in the spell blight, then you can use a bonus action to add 8d8 necrotic damage to your attack upon a hit, or half the spell's damage if the creature passes their Constitution saving throw. If you place a spell that affects creatures in an area, such as the spell ice storm into the spear, then only the creature that gets hit must make the saving throw.
Charged Strike
  • Consume 1-4 charge as a bonus action to roll an additional damage die per charge for your next attack.
War Tested
  • Can only be broken by a god of war.
