Flaming Blade [Elemental Swordsman]
Prerequisite: Str 15, Wis 13, Elemental Swordsman (4e Class)
Benefit: When you have called the Spirit of Fire, if you miss with an encounter or daily attack that has no effect on miss, you deal fire damage equal to your Wisdom modifier to the target you missed.
